1. Youth presented a pageant on Sun., June 8th about Moses.
2. Last day of Junior Choir was Weds., June 11th. Year was ended

with a picnic.
   c.  Vacation Bible School scheduled for week of August 4th.

    C. Hospitality
 
   a.  Luncheon was held after worship on Sun., June 8th for Pastor
        Conrad.
        Thank you from Pastor Conrad for the $100 gift card to WalMart and the
Bovina mugs, and warm farewells from
         members of the congregation.
 
   b.  Luncheon was held Sat., June 13th after memorial service for Mary Bathen
at the Bovina Cemetery.

1. Communion was celebrated Sun., June 1st.

   b  Doris White will fill in on Sun., June 29th while Pastor is on vacation.

1. Presbytery representatives will meet with session next month for exit
   interview and any other business that
   needs to be discussed.

1. Apple Pie sale at Meredith Dairy Fest, Sat. and Sun.,June 13th and 14th.

   1. Call forwarding was discontinued and voice mail added to phone service.
      Cost $3 a month.

              a. Ross Greenberg has said he will continue to assist with
                  website for  a few more months, but someone else will
                  need to take on responsibilities.greenber@bellsouth.net.

              b. Surprise Of Summer to be held Weds., July 9th, 16th, 23rd,
                  and 30th.
